Unless your tuner accidentally changed the fuel level figures in the PCM (By flashing another vehicles complete tune to your PCM) I don't have any other suggestions for ya. WebJul 1, 2024 · pete23. A 1066 sender varies the gauge ground from 0% with tank empty to 100% with tank full. You can try switching the wires, won't hurt anything but if that gauge goes to full with power off whoever put the replacement gauge in bought one that uses sensor current to pull it towards empty and that's why it's working backwards.
