WebYes, it is. Assuming you're using MO2: Have both FNIS and Nemesis in your left pane. Also have their output folders. Have Nemesis and it's output folder loading after FNIS and it's output. Disable Nemesis, it's output folder, and any animation mods that you know don't work with FNIS. Run FNIS like normal. WebJust run FNIS as per usual. Then right click overwrite > Create Mod. Give it a name, maybe "ZZZ - FNIS", and enable it. Done. This is simply an extra step compared to NMM. If you install/remove new animation next time and require to re-generate FNIS, remove the old "ZZZ- FNIS" and generate a new one.
